Mariam has always been passionate about arts, beauty, design & fashion. With a background in graphic design, her true passion lies in fashion and beauty treatments. She saw the need of acquiring traditional Indian, Afghan, Pakistani outfits in Quebec.
After going to India she met with some known fashion designers and pursued her dream of importing beautiful Indian traditional garments. Soon enough she opened her own boutique MEZ Collections in January 2017, but her collection was not complete unless she imported traditional afghan garments. Not long after her boutique became so famous that she started getting clients orders from all over the world. From there, the dream only grew and motivation came that a boutique is not complete without a full service beauty salon.
Therefore, Mariam went on to complete hairdressing school, also got her certification as a microblading, permanent makeup, lash extensions, nails, microneedling certified artist from famous beauty academies like PHI academy, and opened MEZ Studio Beauté, a fully certified, full service salon, in April 2018.
Mariam is proud to own her own beauty salon and fashion boutique, named after her three beautiful daughters Mariha, Elaha and Zahra. She loves the work and it gives her great joy to see her clients leave with a smile. She is pleased to offer tri-bilingual services to both French, English and Dari speaking clients.
