Due to the nature of digital products and services, all purchases made on Baipaar, including featured listings, ads, and subscriptions, are non-refundable once the service has been activated or the listing has been published.

2. Exceptions for Refunds

Refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Duplicate transactions or accidental multiple payments
  • Technical issues that prevent your listing from appearing on the site
  • Unauthorized or fraudulent payments (subject to review)

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original transaction.
