    Terms of Use

    1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using Baipaar, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, the Mobile Devices Terms, and all other policies posted on our site. These terms set out the conditions on which we offer you access to and use of our site, services, applications, and tools (collectively, “Services”). If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the Site.

    2. Your Account

    • In order to access and use some or a portion of the Services, you may be required to register with us and set up an account with your email address and a password (your “Account”). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your Account. You should protect your password and make it difficult for others to guess.
    • You will not transfer your Account to another party without our consent.
    • If you believe your Account may have been compromised or misused, contact us immediately at support@baipaar.ca.

    3. Use of the Site

    • You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes.
    • You must not post or transmit any unlawful, harmful, or offensive content.
    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.

    4. User Content

    • By submitting content to the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content.
    • You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

    5. Prohibited Activities

    • Posting false, misleading, or deceptive information.
    • Engaging in spamming or other advertising practices.
    • Using automated means to access the Site.
    • Attempting to interfere with the Site’s operation.
    • Posting content that is inappropriate for children or individuals under the age of 18.
    • Violating any laws or our Prohibited Content Policy.
    • Distributing viruses or any other technologies that may harm Baipaar or the interests or property of Baipaar users.
    • Imposing an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or interfering with the proper working of Baipaar.
    • Copying, modifying, or distributing any other person’s content without their consent.
    • Using any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access Baipaar and collect content for any purpose without our express written permission.
    • Harvesting or otherwise collecting information about others, including email addresses, without their consent.
    • Bypassing measures used to prevent or restrict access to Baipaar.

    6. User Responsibility for Age-Restricted Content

    • If you post items or content that is not suitable for children or individuals under the age of 18, you are solely responsible for ensuring that such content is appropriately labeled and restricted.
    • Baipaar is not responsible for any content that is inappropriate for minors that may be posted by users.

    7. Intellectual Property

    • The content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
    • You may not use our trademarks or trade dress without our prior written permission.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    • The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, efficacy, or timeliness of any postings or user communications or the quality, safety, or legality of what is offered.
    • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site.
    • We do not guarantee continuous or secure access to our Services. Notification functionality in our Services may not occur in real-time.
    • To the extent legally permitted, we expressly disclaim all warranties, representations, and conditions, express or implied, including those of quality, merchantability, merchantable quality, durability, fitness for a particular purpose, and those arising by statute.

    9. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms of Use.

    10. Fees and Services Using the Services is generally free. We may charge fees for certain Services. If the service you use charges a fee, you will be able to review and accept that charge. Our fees are quoted in Canadian Dollars, and we may change them from time to time. We will notify you of changes to our fee policy by posting such changes on the Site. Our fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for paying them when they’re due. If you don’t, we may limit your ability to use the Services. If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may collect fees owed using other collection mechanisms.

    11. Termination We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Use.

    12. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

    13. Governing Law These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms will be resolved in the courts of Canada.
